Terms and Conditions for BIRKA BioBridges Website and Products

Rental Terms – Products from Birka Biobridges AB

Customer Responsibility

The customer assumes full responsibility for all rental products throughout the rental period. If any damage occurs to the products, regardless of cause, the customer is obligated to compensate for the full replacement value or the cost of repairs.

Instruction Manual

An instruction or user manual is always provided with rental products and must be read carefully before use. The customer is responsible for following the instructions to ensure the safe and proper use of the products.

Returns

The customer is responsible for returning all products in the same condition as when rented, no later than the last rental day. Exceptions to this responsibility apply only if explicitly agreed upon in advance.

Disclaimer of Liability

Birka Biobridges AB is not liable for personal injury, damage to animals, floors, walls, or other objects resulting from the use of the rented products. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the products are used in accordance with safety instructions and in an environment suitable for the product.

Usage and Caution

  • Rental products are designed for professional use. The customer is responsible for ensuring that only individuals with sufficient knowledge or experience handle the products.

  • Products may only be used for their intended purposes. Improper use may lead to damage or reduced functionality, which may incur liability for compensation.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Dry Ice Store or Birka Biobridges AB of any issues with the products during the rental period.

Transport and Storage

The customer is responsible for transporting and storing the rental products safely to prevent damage. Delivery or pickup services are subject to a separate agreement.

Payment

Payment of the rental fee must be made according to the agreed terms.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • No refunds after the rental period has started: Refunds for rental fees are not possible once the rental period has begun.

  • Cancellation: If the customer wishes to cancel the rental, this must be done before the rental period starts to qualify for any applicable refund under the terms.

Cooperation in Case of Damage or Issues

  • In the event of damage, technical issues, or other discrepancies during the rental period, the customer must immediately contact Dry Ice Store (Birka Biobridges AB).

  • If damage, technical issues, or other discrepancies are discovered before using the machine or upon first startup, the customer must immediately contact Dry Ice Store (Birka Biobridges AB). Failure to do so may result in the customer being held liable for compensation.
